We were approached to develop a number of informational videos that would provide information to newcomers about available settlement services in the community and online. We researched which locations would provide the most opportunities to reach our audience which resulted in the development of a series of accessible touch screen kiosks and displays that were situated in waiting areas in government buildings, public schools as well as in public transportation buildings such as the airport and TTC. The videos were developed in 17 languages and can be updated remotely as needed.
